The ski resort offers slopes for all skill levels, a separate beginners’ area, and modern facilities such as an efficient 8-person chairlift, which virtually eliminates wait times. In addition, there are cross-country trails both at the top and bottom of the resort, with routes that, in good conditions, extend all the way to the impressive Hægefjell peak at an altitude of over 1,000 meters.
The property is located in Telemark County. This area is a popular vacation destination year-round. In the summer, the surroundings are ideal for hiking, swimming, fishing, rowing, canoeing, and other water sports. In the winter, the hiking trails become cross-country skiing trails and the mountain slopes turn into ski runs. The village of Vrådal, which has a supermarket and other amenities, is just a 15-minute drive away.
Telemark province is not only an interesting region for your vacation home because of the many possibilities around the 4 seasons, it is also an easily accessible region in Norway. You can easily reach southern Norway by car, boat or plane. From Hirtshals(DEN) and Frederikshaven(DEN) you can take a ferry to Kristiansand in southern Norway. Looking for a faster way to travel? From Amsterdam, fly KLM to Kristiansand in 90 minutes. Several airlines fly from Amsterdam to Oslo in about 2 hours.
